      CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

        The Company’s Capital Construction Management renders a full range of services regarding construction of industrial and civil facilities, and in particular:

       Accompaniment of design estimates, technical and legal consulting, technical supervision and quality control on the facilities under construction;
       Spade-works, excavation, concreting  and stonework, erecting reinforced concrete and metal constructions, finishing works of any complexity;
       Provision of fire safety of construction and installation works, labor end environment protection;
       Handing-over facilities to acceptance inspection and to customers in a turnkey state. 
       Moreover, the Management possesses its own park of architectural engineering machinery and necessary equipment for all kinds of construction works.

       The Management team has already built such facilities as apartment houses in Lomonosova, Nahirna, Palladina streets, trolleybus depot in Vilyamsa Street, a school in Zhulyany village, shopping and entertainment centres, and underground parking in Hryhorenka Avenue and Lunacharskoho Street. The construction of a cultural and recreational complex in “Mezhyhirya” hole, Vyshhorod district, Kyiv region, is now going on. The program for 2008-2010 envisages settling new building sites for erecting multi-storey houses with social and cultural facilities, production and warehouse constructions in Kyiv, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Lviv, Odesa, and Yalta.

       The top priority task of the Management is strict conformity of our work to the requirements of international and national standards (ISO – 9001:2000, State Building Standard, State Standards and Rules), corporative standards, and customers’ requirements.
